Booking Policy

Our booking policies are designed to provide clarity and transparency for your convenience. Please review the terms before making a reservation.

Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.
Deposit & Payment: A minimum deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made prior to the travel date as per the invoice.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days prior to departure will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur fees as per terms.
Changes to Booking: Any amendments to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
Responsibilities: Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, including passports and visas, and must comply with all local regulations.
Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking.
